Meet the owners! We are Doug and Nora Atkinson and we are the proud owners of Shirley Septic Pumping, LLC: An Elk Canyon Company.   About us: We met in 2004 in college and have been adventuring together ever since. After marrying in 2010, we moved from Tennessee to Denver to Dallas to Houston with careers in public education and finance.
