Yoga and Creativity Retreat
Join Certified Yoga Instructor Brenda Bergreen for a yoga & creativity retreat. We will use asana, pranayama, mindfulness, meditation and yoga-based philosophy to explore ways to deepen our creativity. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. No experience necessary.
