This class will cover the most popular Yang style, Tai Chi Chuan 24 Forms. Each class will start with warm ups, followed by basic hand movements, walking forms, breathing and the sequence of the 24 Forms. The class will also include 20 to 30 minutes of Qigong breathing exercises. The Class is designed for beginners to advanced students. Basic principles are covered in each class, so as the student practices the movements they can improve at their own pace.
