The Wedding Singer, featuring the Conifer StageDoor Theatre's High School Company, opens April 18 and runs through May 3, 2014. The Wedding Singer takes us back to a time when hair was big, greed was good, collars were up, and a wedding singer might just be the coolest guy in the room. It's the '80s. Robbie Hart is the life of the party - he's a wedding singer. His dreams of being a rock-star are long gone. When his fiancé leaves him standing at the alter, his heart is shattered and his focus turns to making every wedding as disastrous as his won. Enter Julia, a charming waitress who wins his affection. As luck would have it, Julia is about to be married to a Wall Street shark, and unless Robbie can pull of the performance of a decade, the girl of his dreams will be gone forever.
