Explore and practice the pottery techniques and traditions of Native Americans of the Southwest.

In this class students will gain a basic understanding of the Native American cultures and tribes that have historically inhabited our area. We will focus on learning techniques used in traditional Native American pottery. Students will create their own pots using these techniques, decorate their pots and have the option to pit-fire their work at the end of the class.
