May is mental health month, and the past year has shown us that our own mental health and wellbeing are more important than ever. COVID-19 has forced us all to readjust how we live our lives and learn new skills to cope with difficult times. During these times, and other difficult times in life, it is possible to have good mental health by using tools to thrive.
Join Jefferson Center this May as we discuss mental health, how to recognize signs and symptoms, how to prioritize your mental health in 2021, and ways we can all destigmatize mental health. You will also learn how you can boost your mental health using different mechanisms to address and cope with fatigue and burnout, adjusting to big changes in life, and how to reach and maintain good mental health.
