In honor of National Healthcare Decisions Day, Foothills Conversations will be hosting a public presentation focusing on:

Easing anxieties about end-of-life planning
Having conversations about your healthcare wishes
Completing Advance Directive documents

Foothills Conversations is a volunteer-led program that encourages and facilitates people to share their wishes for care through the end of life, by having conversations with loved ones and doctors to expand on their advance care directives.

Reservations are requested for planning purposes and not required for attendance.
