FREE Community Meditation ~ Tuesdays from 8:30-9:10am
*Gather at 8:30 am~ Get tea, set up your space, stretch
*Meditation will be from 8:40-9:10am
*Stay afterward for an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class at 9:30 am
We will provide organic herbal tea, blankets/props, calm meditative music, a brief talk about basic techniques for meditation and samples of Taspen's Organics Zen Tincture and Zen Aromatherapy to try during meditation.
Feel free to bring anything that would make your meditation more comfortable! (Sitting pillow, comfortable layered clothing, crystals, etc.)
