Essential Dance Company LLC presents our 4th annual performance- O.U.C.H. (Our Unique Characteristics in Healing). Join us as we explore experiences of pain through the lens of our unique human emotions and reactions. How do we each feel these moments? How do we navigate and comprehend these complex emotions? Life is unpredictable in what will be encountered; however, intentional, grounded and vulnerable approaches to these instances help us move through them. We absorb this resiliency and incorporate it into our ever evolving lives as it intrinsically becomes a part of us forever.
