EPRD Yoga & Creativity Retreat
Join Certified Yoga Instructor Brenda Bergreen for a yoga & creativity retreat on Friday, May 11, from 10 AM-1 PM. We will use asana, pranayama, mindfulness, meditation and yoga-based philosophy to explore ways to deepen our creativity.
Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. No experience necessary.
The event will be held at Miller House (former site of Center for the Arts Evergreen), to the left of Buchanan Park Rec Center, 32003 Ellingwood Trl., Evergreen, CO.
The $60 fee (District residents, or $72 out of District) includes yoga classes, a light lunch and a yoga journal.
