Empath Presentation & Workshop: Consciously Evolving Your Sensitivities w/ Signe Myers Hovem

This workshop focuses discussion on the mechanics of being an empath, and will provide opportunities for hands-on exercises and energy management. Presentation regarding heightened sensitivity will help attendees discern where they are on the spectrum of being empathic and empathetic, and learn how self-care varies for different sensitivities.

Signe Myers Hovem, a native of Colorado, is an ordained Spiritual Counselor and Energy Worker through AIWP (Association of the Integration of the Whole Person) and earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado.
