Community Veterans Coalition Rendezvous 2012

The Community Veterans Coalition will again return service to Veterans, providing no-cost life-enriching services from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, 9HealthFair, and Colorado state and Jefferson and Park County Veterans Service Officers.

These services include advice and consultation of VA benefits and on-the-spot sign up for Veterans with the VA as well as review of current cases.  Other VA services include consultation on medical eligiibility and benefits;  loans, insurance and grant applications; vocational rehabilitation and Special Adaptive Housing programs.

The Military Order of the Purple Heart and Colorado Division of Veterans Affairs will help with claims submission and tracking.  The Jefferson County Workforce Center will be available to help with job applications and advice on area job training opportunities.   Colorado AgrAbility will provide disabled ranchers and farmers information on disability programs that may provide equipment and resources.  VFW and American Legion state and local representatives will advise on available community services.
